30 years ago, during the Super Bowl, Pepsi ran a promotion: collect points, get cool stuff. The main prize? A harrier jet for 7 million points.
John Leonard collected 7 million points, but Pepsi said it was a joke. So Frontier decided to redeem his 7 million soda points for 7 million Frontier miles. And anyone else was able to redeem any loyalty points for up to 5K Frontier miles, too.
This Super Bowl campaign lived on social. Our BarkleyOKRP team sat in a writers’ room and had fun crafting assets and responses in real time… all while Frontier stocks were going up by a whopping 40%.
